It makes for a delicious, creamy, earthy and sweet chai. It’s also delicious mixed with other sweet and spicy flavours, like tahini and cocoa!

All this and it has an amazing spicy, rich, natural chocolaty taste – perfect for a cosy night in.
Ingredients makes 2 drinks
2 Tea India Cardamom Chai tea bags
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (but you can use other milk if you prefer plant or dairy)
5 tbsp organic cocoa powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp tahini
1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon powder for garnish
Instructions
Start with a heavy bottom saucepan over a medium heat, add the milk and the tea bags and simmer for 4/5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and then add the rest of the ingredients and whisk continually until all is smoothly combined, beginning to bubble and appears frothy.
Carefully pour into mugs or chai glasses, sprinkling with a little cinnamon and enjoy.
