Cardamom Chai is the ultimate autumn drink. Cardamom, a spice native to South India and popular in Indian, Middle Eastern, and Scandinavian cuisines, is one of the main spices in a classic masala chai. But on its own? It makes for a delicious, creamy, earthy and sweet chai. It’s also delicious mixed with other sweet and spicy flavours, like tahini and cocoa!
